Reporting ASB by text

For ASB on the bus

Text 'SeeSay' to 81018 with the bus number, time, location and details of the incident.

A public safety poster with a large eye icon and the words "See Something Say Something" in bold. The poster asks, "Have you experienced anti-social behaviour on your bus journey? Report it to us". It instructs users to text "SeeSay" to 81018 with incident details. A phone graphic displays the number 81018. At the bottom, it says "In an emergency, always dial 999". The logo for West Midlands Safer Travel Partnership appears, along with a note that the service is non-emergency and monitored weekdays between 9am and 5pm, and charges may apply.

For ASB on the Metro or train

Text British Transport Police on 61016 with the service, time, location and details of the incident.

A British Transport Police safety graphic with a dark blue to turquoise gradient background. Large text reads "text 61016" with "British Transport Police" written above. Below it says: "Report crime or incidents on your train or at your station - discreetly". The British Transport Police logo appears on the right.
